I love the poem you made. Very emotional, very respectful and real.

Concerning the contest however I am in a conflict right now, a huge one.
I am not sure if I can consider this poem a short story, but there are 2 other things that broke the rules, it is not enough words, only 251. But also I cannot really see the ending as an obvious open ending.

If you would like to edit and change it, I will gladly consider it a valid participation, like it is now, I believe it would be unfair to other contestants. I am sure some of them could also write amazing poems, but the content is a contest about short storys, I'm afraid I cannot see this as a valid contribution.

I am sorry, I am just trying to make it a fair contest for everyone, I hope you understand.
