RE: My first yoga experience and how yoga has impacted my life
I love that I'm reading this a I quietly sit drinking tea before Sunday yoga. :) Yes, we draw to ourselves those things we need! I also really liked your observation about about missing the connection with breath - the class I go to is a donation class as so we have all sorts of teachers and mixed experience. But every single teacher I've practiced with there spends at least 30% of the class on breathwork. It is truly transformational.
