Do it overnight or keep it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours. After that, lightly spray oil all over the chicken. Cut the potato and add salt and paprika and put it in a baking tray with the chicken and bake it. If you want, you can also steam it by filling a pot with water and placing a stand in it.
