#1 : "Döden" ("Death") by Janis Rozentāls : 1897 (Inspired Poem)
She walks softly upon the ground
Barefooted, and cloaked in white
The most feared concept of all
Only wants to see you no longer forced to fight
A sickle in hand, no scythe of formidable power
And fear does not take hold of you
As she bends, and you get a close look at her
A small smile graces her face
And tired lines caress her cheeks
With care-filled eyes
You feel no demise
As she kisses your forehead
And you float towards eternal sleep
