MY HIKING TO SHIVAPURI NATIONAL PARK, NEPAL

Shivapuri National Park has always been my favourite destination to go for hiking near Kathmandu. We walked about 35000 steps in ladder and some straight trail to reach the top. The hike took almost about 7 hours.

There are many other destinations you can reach from here including Chisapani, Bishnudwar, Panimuhan and many other places. The forest is so dense and full of Rhododendron flower, which is the national flower of Nepal. In the photos above you can see what wild animals are found in such forests. Shivapuri was later converted to national park in the year 2002.
