The mountain gorillas in Uganda

Hello my steemit friends!
Has anyone here ever heard or seen these humble giants of the jungle?
They are the mountain gorillas from Mgahinga national park in Uganda and only two destinations here to see them; Bwindi impenetrable national park and Mgahinga national parks.

I took these majestic giants yesterday during my second tracking experience. The day seemed misty in the morning but after a few minutes, it was brighter! Nice for such shots.
Before going for the activity, one needs to have a permit that's gotten in advance, and a passport 🛂 . More to that, you will need to go with drinking water,packed snacks,hiking shoes and rain gears since the weather here changes now and then. The best part is the first point where the game ranger gives you a briefing on how to handle yourself once these giants try to scare you! 😂 "Keep calm, don't move!" That's the first feeling of the nature you will encounter before setting off.

It was a fabulous day with them and only one hour is the duration to take while with these giants. Though, it's still little time, it's a great encounter and a memorable experience to see their behaviors almost similar to the humans!
