The Steem Community Matters - Plus #2020Vision Day +13

The Steem Community Matters
So today I just got almost completely pulled in by the ongoing drama of JS vs Steem Community, and what is being said on Discord, Telegram and Twitter about this.
And one thing got my attention more than any, and that is some people on the other side spewing lies and deceit about the Steem Community and claiming it's just a loud minority making all this noise.
That's what really pulled me in and got me very active to inform otherwise.
But it also hit me that this is a desparate move, it's the only reason they need to try and downplay the importance of the Steem community.
Because if it matters then they have already lost, regardless of if they can make their hardfork and get the exchanges an instant power down to pay back their customers.
And this is why, in that scenario we would get a fork out maybe several, but the most important of those forks would be the one including Steem-engine, Splinterlands and Steempeak, those 3 dApps are very closely tied, but then we also have a lot of dApps with tokens in SE, and it's quite likely many of them will follow.
Plus where SE goes so does the tribes, like CTPtalk where I am very active, so that would be where I would go too.
So a lot of the Steem community is in my opinion very likely to go with that fork and not want to stay on the chain run by JS, leaving Steemit with non to almost no users.
But that is if they actually manage to not mess up the hardfork itself, which due to the Steemit devs leaving is very great odds against, and the best way to not mess it up without them would be to work with our community witnesses who knows the code.
Now if JS would go ahead and make the hardfork without them and it locks the blockchain, then the exchanges won't get their funds until they can fix it which could take a very long time.
Time that the other fork(s) would use to get so far ahead that by the time it's up again there are no users left, and the exchanges might be in so much trouble it's basically their downfall.
So the best way for JS is to take whatever compromise he can get, it's the only way in which he gets to profit, which he stated as his goal, and it's because it is the only scenario in which he keeps the community, the Steem Community Matters.
These are just my thoughts for today.
2020vision Day +13
So as before I continue to watch 4 ads per day for my #2020vision, very creative pushups, and today I made this with Mailsy, which is a really great mailer where I got a new subscriber to my list in my last mailing.
2020vison was started by @pixiepost to draw attention and awareness to the Steem blockchain and to promote health and the Actifit dApp, and you can see her announcement here.
Screenshots from my mobile watching 4 ads.
So that was my #2020vision for today, leave you thoughts in the comments below, and ...
Stay Awesome!
Sincerely,
Erik Gustafsson

Fear always drives rash decisions, and also calculated ones.
One conspiracy could be that JS had a plan to destroy Steem altogether as it was so driven by community and that could be seen as a threat to Tron. however this is a blind decision unless you are a maniachal dictatorial despot. and then its just sefishly ego driven.
Hmm, I do recall Microsift making theses types of moves on lesser know systems, Buy them out and then squash them. bt all the time alluding to offreing them greater improvement.
But that just a desperate conspiracy.
I like to think positively and look to future direction whatever that may be.
I, like yourself, will be sticking with what I know and keep my loyalties, however blind they may be, with where they lai now, it has held me in good stead for many may years and will continue to do so.
Thank you very much Russell, yeah I don't think that was his idea, Steem is not competing in the same niche as Tron, it's a complement, let's hope that they can work it out, stay awesome.
