Me agrada compartir esta entrada al concurso "Los 7 elementos" iniciativa de @belenguerra.

Me lleva a vibrar en ese contacto con el universo y todo lo que lo conforma.
Yo tengo una conexión muy especial con el elemento agua 💦, porque con ella me purifico, limpio malas energías, me recargo de energía y salud.

A diario la bendigo y la programo, es parte de mi rutina después de prácticar yoga y meditar.

Para que tengas más información, acerca de el poder que tienen las palabras que decimos al agua con la cual la podemos programar, para sanar, para el amor, abundancia, creatividad, etc. Te invito a ver el documental del Dr. Masaru Emoto, fue un documental que mi maestra de meditación nos compartió en uno de sus talleres.

Pero en lo personal, me encanta el agua porque con ella me relajo y me desconecto de todo, bien sea el mar o el agua dulce, en lo particular meditar en el mar con el sonido de las olas es maravilloso para mi, al igual que el sonido del río chocar en las piedras, una cascada caer, el sonido de la lluvia.

Antes solía colocar etiquetas como amor, salud, etc. A envases con agua para cargarlas de esa energía, por falta de tiempo ahora lo hago de manera verbal y también soy Reikista así que le envío energía Reiki al agua

La mayoría de las meditaciones que he creado, siempre me llevan a ese viaje fantástico hacia un cascada de agua cristalina, donde entrego mis miedos, cargas, preocupaciones, dudas, juicios, culpas, enfermedad, y todo lo negativo para seguir fluyendo como el agua limpia, pura, y sin detenerme.

Cuando bendigo mi agua y disfruto cada sorbo que tomo, siento que hasta su sabor es diferente, mas agradable, dulce y restaurador.

I am pleased to share this entry to the contest "The 7 elements" initiative of @belenguerra.
It takes me to vibrate in that contact with the universe and everything that conforms it.
I have a very special connection with the element water 💦, because with it I purify myself, I clean bad energies, I recharge myself with energy and health.
Every day I bless and program it, it is part of my routine after practicing yoga and meditating.
For you to have more information about the power of the words we say to water with which we can program it for healing, love, abundance, creativity, etc. I invite you to watch the documentary of Dr. Masaru Emoto, it was a documentary that my meditation teacher shared with us in one of her workshops.
But personally I love water because with it I relax and disconnect from everything, either the sea or fresh water, in particular meditating in the sea with the sound of the waves is wonderful for me, as well as the sound of the river crashing on the stones, a waterfall falling, the sound of rain.
I used to put labels such as love, health, etc. I used to pack them with water to charge them with that energy due to lack of time, now I do it verbally and I am also a Reikist so I send Reiki energy to the water.
Most of the meditations I have created always take me on that fantastic journey to a crystal clear waterfall where I surrender my fears, burdens, worries, doubts, judgments, guilt, disease, and all the negative to keep flowing like clean, pure water, and without stopping.
When I bless my water and enjoy every sip I take, I feel that even its taste is different, more pleasant, sweet and restorative.
