Looking to make some extra rewards each week?

It makes sense to maybe start thinking about bringing on some people to the team to handle the non technical but equally critical tasks... As I'm sure a lot of you know I am not just here to strip money from the chain.. im an honest developer looking for a platform to strengthen my skills as a developer / build something successful together ... anyhow here's the info below

As I grow steemegg , and my other smaller projects here, and off STEEM I will need people to deal with non developer oriented tasks... It's manageable now... but every second I spend writing things and doing other stuff, kind of side tracks me from creating new things... additionally I don't want to be a black hole that spits out code randomly and prays the world finds it...

Specifics

This of this as like an open call for anyone to "try out" and see if your a good fit for the spot... Its not exactly a spot that exists, and it's new to me too so I want to leave it open ended so i dont make anyone feel too much pressure to do anything specific etc...

@trx-steem -> maybe you make a post for that... and instead of you posting it... you would submit it to me.. if I like it . I post it , give you credit, and then put a 33% payout benefactor to you. Then maybe you do 5 posts for @steemegg, 3 posts for the trading bot im working on now... All these things, are kind of sitting there stale , and I want to dedicate so much time to promoting, but I just dont have it... I feel like This is the easiest way as I for 1 will be giving them 100% upvote and giving them a few upvotes from the other bots, so there will definitely be payout... and long-term i think that once the right person finds the position... we will both know fairly quickly...

This is an amazing chance for someone with good grammar / post creation skills to make some steady steem each week despite not having enough steempower to see steady vote rewards

sky's the limit here... I don't ever plan on stopping making scripts, and don't think of them all directly related to steem... Once I find the right person we will talk about what we both want to achieve from the partnership...

If this was a picture perfect story situation in 10 years .. you would be the person thats at the top of my company in the marketing / communications division -> Where as I would be in charge of development I cant say i would give you a huge stake right off the bat... but This is my First attempt ever to start opening the door to maybe meeting that person.

Please if this is not you dont worry... please still contact me.. i dont care about the 10 year outlook right now im just trying to give you a sense of where I stand .. Right now the important part is posts being made... I can give you a schedule detailed with what i need. or give you freedom to just do you thing... Also i will pay people extra if they like really do great on a post and it goes viral... or the profits are noticeably up after they start.

Any how i don't want to talk too much or give any kind of specific rules, i think we should leave the requirements open ended at first.. cause I'm a work horse ... and its not realistic to set anyone elses calendar i post is amazing 12 posts is amazing quality is the only thing i care about... it doesn't need to be the best post or even close... but it cant just be a 1 paragraph crap post.
