Several tips that worked for me and will help you get rid of Monday anxiety:

  • Plan the beginning of working week on Friday.

  • Sleep enough.

  • Learn something new during the weekend, get some new experience.

  • Devote some time to physical appearance during day-off. Feeling attractive changes a lot.

  • Plan some fun activity with friends for Sunday evening, move focus away from yourself, make another person feel good.

  • Do not spend your weekend as a couch potato. There is nothing more exhausting for body and mind. This is the most important thing, I guess.
