In the world of cryptos it is like in real life. It goes up and it goes down again. In the last few weeks, unfortunately, things have been going down more than upwards.
We all know what is causing the massive pressure on the cryptos. On the one hand there is China, where BTC mining has been extremely restricted and even banned, and there are most central banks that would like to have control over the crypto markets as well. In addition, there are negative opinions from very well-known people.
STEEM is also getting this massive pressure and has lost half of its value in the last 30 days. That is very extreme.

Everyone notices this loss of value in the upvotes. Corresponding to the falling prices, the upvote values are also lower. In Germany we say in such situations:
We now have to bake smaller rolls.

Unfortunately, we only have a few users in our community with a little more SP. Most of our members have very little SP and they of course hope for the support of the others. For me, an upvote of 100% a few weeks ago was worth five times more than it is today.
Logically, each individual has to reduce their expectations a little 😊. Where there is nothing, nothing can come from.

I'm not a clairvoyant and I don't know what the future will look like. However, I believe that all of these attacks on the crypto world will be stopped in the long term and all trust in STEEM and support will stabilize our blockchain.
In South America in particular, developments are heading in a good direction.

STEEM is only a small niche, but we are also dependent on BTC and Co. We shouldn't let ourselves be influenced and not lose our confidence.
Perseverance and trust are two essential aspects. Wherever these two aspects are lived, everything will develop for the better.
As long as we stay true to STEEM, STEEM will exist. Everyone should use their influence and attract new users to the blockchain.
Ultimately, STEEM can only survive with a confident community. Yes, we also need investors who believe in our idea. Convince everyone of the potential that STEEM has. STEEM needs more awareness and people who stay loyal to the blockchain.
Then everything will be fine!
