hello, I just joined steemit, and I still have a lot to learn, this post is very encouraging, but I'm confused as to what is meant by "Crossposts are also not a problem." Does that mean I can write the same thing in two different communities?

Exactly, that is exactly what "Crosspost" means. With a Crosspost you just write: "This is a cross post, the original post is here." (Then the URL to the original post. However, it has to be your own post.
Welcome on STEEM!
sorry if I ask a lot of questions, but where should I put "This is a cross post, the original post is here." Is it enough to just write this in a post? or I have to copy my writing to another community and paste it in this community, then put This is a cross-post, the original post is here."?
Is there any specific reference where I can learn about this cross post?
