DO NOT TEST THE LORD

The devil took Jesus to the holy city, Jerusalem, the highest point of the temple ... Jesus responded"The scriptures say 'Do not test the Lord your God' "

(Matt. 4:5,7)

It is not smart to endanger yourself on purpose, in a reckless and irresponsible manner, and then expect God to save you. God expects you to take risks to prove your faithfulness to him, but not to take chances for the sake of your own prestige. The kind of faith that depends on wonders and signs is not true faith it is doubt in search of evidence in the wrong place.
