What is happiness?

Many of us make happiness our main goal in life, but do we really know what happiness really is? In my view, those who seek happiness and perform various tasks, try to achieve various things, they do not understand the subject of happiness at all.

Because there is happiness in achieving everything, there is no happiness in achieving everything, then everyone would just try to achieve and work for achieving everything. Think about it, if everyone tried to get empty, if everyone tried to get empty then who would fail? Then who would sacrifice?

In fact, happiness depends on the satisfaction of our minds, in the midst of some achievement or achievement. Now just as one can find attainment by giving up something, so one can find happiness by attaining something. The subject of happiness cannot be confined to any particular thing but can be found in the realization.
