- 110 g of icing sugar
- 6 eggs, separated
- 130 g of dark chocolate, melted
- 110 g of plain flour, sifted
- A pinch of salt
- 150 g of apricot jam
- 150 g of dark chocolate, chopped
- 125 ml of whipping cream
To make the cake, follow these steps:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 23 cm springform cake tin.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the melted chocolate.
