CHOCOLATE BROWNIES RECIPE
Ingredients
170 g 55% dark chocolate
125 g Butter
175 g Sugar
35 g bitter cocoa powder
85 g 00 flour
3 eggs
4 g baking powder (optional)
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 pinch Salt
Preparation
Chop the chocolate and place it in a bowl with the butter cut into cubes. Melt in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
Let it cool for a few minutes then add the sugar and mix well to make the mixture homogeneous.
Add the sifted cocoa, vanilla, pinch of salt and mix.
Add the eggs, one at a time, allowing it to absorb before adding the next.
Sift the flour with the yeast, add them to the mixture and incorporate them well.
Line an 18×18 cm mold with baking paper, pour the mixture, level it and cook it for 35/40 minutes at 180° in a preheated oven.
Do not cook for more than 10 minutes otherwise the inside will dry out.
Remove the pan from the oven, let the brownies cool and cut 9 squares. Serve them dusted with icing sugar, with a spoonful of whipped cream or with a salted caramel sauce.
