Observations and suggestions:

I concur with you, the use of this tool may be cost intensive for subsistent farmers to acquire or hire, but this does not remove the fact that drones have brought so much advacement and modernization to the sector. Crop monitoring has become much more efficient and reliable, precision application has made resource allocation and reduced wastage a way to go.
