Agricultural Story #2

Hello, greetings and prosperous new year wishes to all my fellow steemians around the world most especially the ones in this community, am so delighted and glad to have you all in my blog this new year 2025 which am going to take part in this weekly contest titled; Agricultural Story #2 organized by @ruthjoe.

I can still remember the pain and tiredness i felt that day because it was a very stressful and busy day when me and my other two of my siblings went to the farm to harvest cassava which we want to used to process garri because the one we had at home is not much and we don't want to be left stranded when it finish so agreed and decided to process it that day.

Without hesitation or delay when we got we started harvest the cassava immediately in other meet up with time and avoid been discouraged or weaken by sunlight but luckily the weather that day was so much friendly and encouraging to work so when we were done harvesting done harvest the cassava we started gathering them in one spot under a tree to avoid sunlight and then started pealing it immediately in the farm because then the energy was still there apart from that our major motivation was to finish fast and go home on time.

Luckily for us we finished on time as we planned earlier but i can it was not really easy because we have to put extra effort to make it fast and fortunately for us when we took the cassava home most of our neighbors came to give a supporting hands by helping us to wash it and arrange it in a sack bag for us which became easier to take to the engine that will ground it, we meet some people who also came to ground their own cassava but they are waiting for the person in charge of the engine, so I just used that time to rest and relax my body a little bit before the person will comes but my mind was not feeling relax because I have not finished the work am doing but I have no option than to just sit assive all is okay.

After everything we succeed in grounding the cassava and later went there to fry it the next day and i think that should be that aspect of our to process garri that day though i felt tired and weak but happy because we achieve our aim.
