Agriculture is one of the major occupations in some countries, particularly in Africa, as it serves as a source of income that can improve their standard of living, reducing poverty and malnutrition in those countries.

Apple is one of the common fruits eaten by everyone. This round, edible fruit is so amazing due to its sweetness and nutritional value. Some researchers stated that apples 🍎 have been in existence for a long time and originated from Central Asia, later extending to other countries like America. I like apples so much. Those who specialize in the business of selling apples have made it because it is one of the farm products that are selling fast. In my area, one apple costs 500 or 600 naira. The size and price vary, depending on the one you choose.

Apple is a cultural heritage, and the symbol attached to it signifies how important the fruit is. There are different varieties of apples worldwide; some people use them for cooking, while others eat them raw. Most companies extract the water content in apples to produce apple juice, which is useful for our body system.

Apples have a lot of health benefits. One of them is that they support our heart, preventing diseases from attacking it that can cause our heart to function abnormally. Another benefit is that eating a whole apple lowers the risk of getting a stroke, which can affect our daily activities. Additionally, antioxidants in apples help fight asthma by regulating our immune system, serving as a defense mechanism against harmful bacteria or viruses.
