Dance is an arts but for me I see dance more than just arts for dance is spiritual.Dance has a way of healing moments like in pains, being sad, scared, and feeling lost in thoughts. Dance too is helpful in physical therapy it helps to make your bones flexible make your body loses some fat and it helps in meditation too.

Dancing look so magical in every move you do you realest a spirit that is how dance is powerful.so I see dance so different in my own understanding.
