Easy workout - Just hop!
Dear dance and music lovers
I filmed this video two days ago.
Hopping can be a great and simple workout that can be done almost anywhere. Here's a simple hopping routine that you can try:
Begin by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides.
Start hopping on one foot, lifting your other foot off the ground.
Continue hopping on one foot for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then switch to the other foot.
Repeat the same sequence for a total of 3-5 sets.
To make it more challenging, try to hop higher or faster.
Hopping is a low-impact workout that can help improve your balance, coordination, and cardiovascular health. It's also a fun way to get your heart rate up and burn calories. However, if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise routine.
Have a nice day!
