Rapper Kanye West and Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine has collaborated during their early days in mainstream music with the song "Heard 'Em Say". It's an R&B and hip-hop song with sample from Natalie Cole's "Someone That I Used to Love". The song was a modest hit though when it reached number 22 in UK Singles chart, and had went Silver record. It peaked at number 26 in Billboard Hot 100, and certified platinum.
