Hi everyone! I'm a just an ordinary girl from Sri Lanka. Saw this contest yesterday while scrolling down, so I badly wanted to participate. Steemit has taught me many skills that I thought I'd lack in my life. Gradually I think I've improved them. Thanks to @Fendi and @Steem Argentina for organising such a masterpiece for us steemians.

Childhood is the best time of anyone's life. How can you not recall those beautiful bundles of memories that still lays behind your memory lane? ❤️

My best Childhood memory was my sister. That's not just a memory but a whole album full of ups and downs. She was not only my sister but my mentor, motivator, go to adviser, and my sleeping pal. From those days where I remember myself as a small kid, I remember my sister somewhere around the corner. She was always there whenever I need.

My small days were quite interesting and fun all because of her. Just imagine having a life without any sibling. That'll be hard. But my sister was alone for 9 years till I came to annoy her. I remember us playing, dancing, dressing up and fighting back then. But trust me, when we recall those days the first thing that comes to head is biting her, fighting, and not talking for days. She was the sensitive one, and I was the rude one. Same in present.

Let me show you a present photograph so the one’s who are reading this would see the difference time has brought. And from the small days we had this bond with many obstacles in life, yet we managed to make it stringer day by day. Many of our cousins were amazed on how we maintain our relationship while we carry other things in life.

The best gift that my parents have given me so far is my sister. She means the whole world to me. And now she's parent of a cute little fluff ball, yet she manages to check up on me whenever she gets time and I feel so blessed to have such an amazing sister, not just a sister but a super mom as my one and only sibling.

So, my advice to the one’s who are loved by their siblings is, never ever leave them behind. Try to drag them while you reach greater heights. The god will always lead you to beautiful destinations my love!
