this very true, I work in a place whereby I need to Carry heavy load everyday, I know the amount of sweat coming out from my body. that is is good to stay hydrated, and the worst part of it is that they're some area that there's no electricity. We have been waiting patiently for nepa fo repair our lights and it's almost 2 months now.
