Any case of a child born to a addicted mother and then gets placed back in her custody should be followed up daily, weekly, monthly till they turn 18...hire more caseworkers for gods sake!!!! And to think police, doctors and neighbors tried to do the right thing but the one freaking office that's put in place to protect children couldn't....so disturbing!!!
