There's currently a lockdown in Ghana and only people who need or offer essential services are allowed on the streets. Videos are circulating online of military personnels "punishing" people who were seen on the streets brutally. The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has come to defend the military personnels saying t be tapes are doctored.
