Who would of thought that the time when you exercise matters? It does according to research studies. Why there is a difference has not been thoroughly studied though. Perhaps we will find it out in future studies.
The differences are quite distinct and depending on our needs and provided time and exigencies of life allow us, we should choose what is best for us.
There is a connection between prolong fasting and exercise in that it makes a lot of difference when we exercise during such prolong fasting periods. Exercising during the end of a prolong fast (16 hours or more) has far more beneficial effects than exercising after the fast. Unfortunately this shared article doesn't discuss the effects of prolong fast and exercise.
