Olympic marathon runner denies knocking over water bottles on purpose

Our observations and notes; 

It is absolutely clear from the video that it was a deliberate intentional act. He did not knock down one bottle but several bottles lined up along the full length of the table. If it was a accident, then it would have been only a few bottles and there would have been some kind of reaction showing regret or remorse from Amdouni. None of it was there. In fact, Amdouni seems perfectly comfortable with what was done by him. Shameful. 

For such shameful actions by a sportsmen isn't there some kind of rule that metes out an appropriate punishment?
