This article discusses Zero Trust Security, which is a IT model that implements strict identity verifications both for the person and device trying to access resources within a private network, regardless of whether the person or device is within or without the private network.

Zero Trust Security is delivered through what is called SASE, Secure Access Service Edge, a cloud-based security model that provides networking-as-a service and security-as-a-service as a combo.

SASE is a relatively a new concept, and the term was coined in 2019.

MNCs with offices spread throughout the globe would find this of immense help in securing their network from predatory actors.
