Grubhub drivers dupe restaurant out of hundreds, owner says

It's theft. It takes 5 seconds to unassign the order so someone else can take it. I miss the days when I'd have stacks of 5 or 6 orders. Even the no tip ones were worth it when they were a $4 minimum.
