Concurso: El Sabor de mi Cosecha/ Contest: The Taste of my Harvest

Saludos para todos los Steemians amantes de la Naturaleza y los Cultivos.

En la comunidad Nature & Agriculture se publican a diario temas referentes a los cultivos, sus cuidados, pero ¿qué sucede con las cosechas? ¿A caso no las consumen?.

Así que se me ocurrió crear un concurso llamado el Sabor de mi Cosecha.

Greetings to all Steemians who love Nature and Crops.

In the Nature & Agriculture community we post daily topics about crops, their care, but what about the crops, don't you consume them?

So I came up with the idea of creating a contest called the Taste of my Harvest.

¿De qué se trata el Concurso? / What is the contest about?

Se trata de compartir con nosotros la forma en que consumes tu cosecha, ejemplo: verduras, frutas, cereales, hortalizas, leguminosas.

Es muy importante que sean de tú cosecha, no deben ser compradas en el mercado, así que usted deberá mostrarse orgulloso con su cosecha en mano y luego mostrarnos en que delicioso alimento lo convertiste.

It is about sharing with us how you consume your harvest, example: vegetables, fruits, cereals, cereals, vegetables, legumes.

It is very important that they are from your harvest, they should not be bought in the market, so you should be proud of your harvest in hand and then show us what delicious food you turned it into.

Veamos un ejemplo / Let's see an example :

Aquí me encuentro arrancando dos plátanos pintones.

Here I am plucking two bananas.

Los cuales convertiré en unos deliciosos Snack, para consumirlos viendo películas.

Para convertir estos plátanos en Snacks crujientes debo pelarlos, y luego cortarlos en láminas muy finas utilizando un pela verduras.

I will turn them into delicious Snacks, to be consumed while watching movies.

To turn these bananas into crunchy snacks I have to peel them, and then cut them into very thin slices using a vegetable peeler.

Después de sacar todas las láminas de plátano, se ponen a freír y de esta forma obtenemos unos plantamos tipo snacks, a los cuales les podemos agregar sal, o aderezos para disfrutar en cualquier momento.

After removing all the plantain slices, they are fried and in this way we obtain snack-type plantains, to which we can add salt or seasonings to enjoy at any time.

Resulta muy confortable poder tomar alguna de nuestras cosechas y convertirlas en un rico alimento, en mi caso las convertí en Snacks para las meriendas, pero los que cultivan maíz, frijoles, yuca, papaya, etc. Pueden convertir sus cosechas en distintos tipos de alimentos y eso es lo que pretendemos mostrar en el concurso.

It is very comfortable to take some of our crops and turn them into a tasty food, in my case I turned them into snacks for snacks, but those who grow corn, beans, cassava, papaya, etc.. They can turn their crops into different types of food and that is what we intend to show in the contest.

Demostrar que nuestro esfuerzo en el campo o en el huerto trae felicidad, satisfacción y seguridad alimentaria para la familia del Agricultor.

Demonstrate that our efforts in the field or in the garden bring happiness, satisfaction and food security to the Farmer's family.

¿Cómo participar? / How to participate?

• Muestra la cosecha del rubro que vas a convertir en cualquier alimento.

• ¿Es un rubro de temporada o se cosecha durante todo el año?

• Muéstranos un pequeño paso a paso del proceso de transformación, así como se muestra en el ejemplo del concurso.

• Señala en que otra forma se puede consumir el rubro cosechado.

• Show the harvest of the item you are going to turn into any food.

• Is it a seasonal item or is it harvested all year round?

• Show us a small step-by-step of the transformation process, as shown in the example of the contest.

• Point out in what other way the harvested item can be consumed.
