All Stemian members remain in good health while I write this message. I am also well. The Nature & Agriculture community has launched a competition which I deeply look forward to joining. The first recognition goes to @lhorgic sir who organized this competition. The competition design had a goal to find the best yield results among participants. So let's get started.

The vegetable plants I cultivated consist of tomatoes together with peppers. These vegetables became my selection to fulfill the vegetable requirements of my household.Because tomatoes are my favorite . The vegetable tomato provides more than its ordinary status because it contains multiple essential nutrients found in superfoods. From day to day usage of tomatoes it is surprising that we never asked ourselves what makes tomatoes so popular across the world. The preparation of my land serves to guarantee optimal growth of my planted tomatoes. The dietary content of tomatoes includes high quantities of vitamin C together with potassium and fiber and a strong antioxidant element.These hold our body wholesome and strong . Through its antioxidant lycopene the vegetable helps decrease heart disease risk and preserves skin youthfulness. The culinary world utilizes tomatoes as a base ingredient to create multiple dishes. Every kitchen contains tomato-based dishes including salads and curries as well as soups and sauces which exist alongside ketchup. The food industry uses tomatoes as an essential ingredient because they improve both flavor and nutritional content. Scientists regard tomatoes as more than a dietary ingredient because they represent a health blessing. Restaurateurs rely on tomatoes because of their multiple advantages along with delectable flavor throughout our meals.

The growth period of tomatoes ranges from 60 to 90 days based on the plant variety together with the external weather conditions. The following essential guidelines together with proper attention will lead to optimum fruit production and healthy growth of tomato plants. The seeds received planting space in a healthy draining soil environment that contained loose fertile components. The planting method ensures rainwater flows through the bed. I placed the seeds at a depth of 2-3 inches and provided them moderate water. The 25-30 day old seedlings received their permanent home in the main soil with a spacing of 1-2 feet. Tending the seedlings required mixing 2 to 3 kilograms of compost and rotted cow dung during planting. Water provided to the plants was always done using a light volume once per week. I avoided the mistake of applying neem and organic pesticides as disease protectors. The destructive processes from rotting will continue without halt because stopping the tomatoes becomes impossible. I supplied flowering plants with calcium and magnesium fertilizers for producing better fruits.

The excellent features of tomatoes as a crop include their high productivity and excellent nutrition value and quick growth rate as well as their ability to serve multiple culinary purposes. The short cycle time of 80-90 days for tomato plants makes this crop come to harvest much faster than other crops. Plants can grow tomatoes throughout every month of the year. Tomatoes supply vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin K and potassium to increase immunity in the human body. Small growing areas generate many tomatoes during production. The market perpetually needs tomatoes as a valuable farm product. The production method at low costs leads to profitable outcomes. Various food items such as salads and curries together with ketchup and sauces and juices provide different preparation possibilities. The industry offers various prospects to export products. According to me tomatoes represent a top selection among agricultural crops.
