2blog Garlic a spice garlic an incredible spice
Hello to all my Steemit friends! Today I will be talking about garlic, as always step by step.
First of all, we wait for the cold months to start planting garlic. Afterwards, the heads of garlic begin to be shelled to begin planting them.
These are planted in furrows or runs on fairly large hectares of land.
After preparing those hectares of land for planting, the garlic grains begin to be sown at a certain distance and, after 4 or 7 days, their germination begins.
After this, they go through several phases. When the garlic is medium-sized, its stem is small and thin, and it has not yet developed the garlic head.
When it is almost ready, its stem is thick and large, since the head of garlic is well developed.
The entire growing process must take 100 to 120 days to be ready for harvest
After the stem is dry and has been harvested, they begin to be woven into braids. Each braid occupies 50 heads of garlic, and two braids are taken and joined at the top. In my country, this is called string, meaning that each string would occupy 100 heads of garlic.
After all this, they are put in dry places without humidity so that when some time passes, it is ready for sale.
With this last text, I have finished how garlic is grown and produced.
I hope you liked this blog. I accept comments that help me improve and move forward on this wonderful Steemit page.
