  1. Heat, on medium flame, 2 cups of water in a small saucepan.
  2. Boil cloves, black pepper and cumin seeds in a separate pot.
  3. Lower the heat and let the mixture cook for about 5-7 minutes on the stewing pot . This makes it possible for the ingredients to immerse their effective substances in water as well as ionize.
