Moving STEEM Coin into the STEEM Power for powering up is mean somehow you are being a part of STEEM Investor and like to hold STEEM for long time.
As we know that the more STEEM Power we have the more weightage for the Vote Amount which can give you good curation rewards. The Reward distribution is always 50% goes to Author and 50% goes to Curator, so if your 1 vote 100% is give amount $10 to Author which mean you will get $5 in returns for curating as Curation Reward.
In the above example, you are receiving $5 per your vote by just curating, like this your 5 100% votes in a day can give you $25 returns in a day as curation reward, this is the power of STEEM Power, but this will be possible if you keep powering up, hold STEEM into the STEEM Power and not to cashing out frequently or Powering down.
The Vote amount is depending on the current STEEM market value, the way STEEM value goes up and down, accordingly the Vote amount will also goes up and down. We are also somehow responsible for fluctuation of STEEM value.
The more you hold asset, the asset will get good value, so If you hold more STEEM by Powering Up means you will be supporting to the STEEM Network, this will also increase your influences on Steemit.

#club5050 is a new initiative taken in which you give commitment that you will powering up minimum 50% while cashing out or while redeeming rewards. Below is the example, how it works for you.
In the above image, suppose you are selling 19.163 SBD and receiving 237.148 STEEM. Instead of transfer all 237.148 STEEM to exchange, as a part of #club5050 member you will divide it by 2, then one part you can send to exchange and other part use to power up, like below.
237.148 / 2 = 118.574 which mean you can cash out 118.574 STEEM if you want but you will power up 118.574.
To build Steem economical strength, the project is not limited to the #club5050, you can also go for #club75 or #club100
#club75: Power up 75% from total cash out.
#club100: Power up 100% and no cash out.
If you would like to support Steem economical strength and want to be part of #club5050, #club75, #club100 then you can make a commitment post in which you mention that you will power up at least 50%, this is one time commitment post and you no need to make a post every time when you power up.
When you make a commitment which mean you are supporting to the Steem economical strength, when you are supporting to the Steem economical strength, as a part of #club5050, #club75, #club100 your future posts will be supported on best efforts by Curator, best efforts means not all posts will be supported as Votes are not NOT guaranteed.
If you consistently powering up, then you can use respective tag in a post like if you power up 75% from earning or from post payout then use tag #club75

- Votes are NOT guaranteed.

Steeming Diaries Community is also produce posts and receive Author rewards. All author rewards receive in SBD will be converted in STEEM at the end of the month and used to distribute STEEM to Delegators of Steeming Diaries Community.
After distribute STEEM to Delegators, the remaining STEEM will be used to Power up by keeping few STEEM into the wallet as it is. For in case if we organize any contest so those STEEM will be use as Prizes for Contest.
If no contest organized in a month, then during next conversation SBD to STEEM, the previous balance STEEM will be use to power up by again keeping few STEEM into the wallet as it is.
