Great advice!
To add to that, repetitive constructive tasks (like workouts, paperwork etc) are a challenge for me. I had to sit and really be in the moment and internalize exactly how good it feels to be done and how glad I was to start and finish.
Helps out when that is what is imprinted on your brain when it is time to decide get up and get going.
