Thanks for the comprehensive report of this whole drama @roleerob.
So it took just less than 45 minutes to vote in the witness and destroy something that the community has built up over the years? And on the other hand, we have "CZ" of Binance giving us the BS about how it will take them time to coordinate to remove their votes blah blah blah.... Honestly, they must think we are a bunch of idiots who they can play around with like their puppet witness.
The community has shown them that we are much more than that these couple of days, never underestimate the power of the people!

While there is no going back, I am long accustomed to trying to put myself in the "shoes of the other" and wonder if this was avoidable. At least the worst of it, which is where we are right now. With better intentions and far better communication ...
A pointless hypothetical exercise now I suppose. I have joined with those rallying to get sufficient Witness votes together to get this going in a different direction. Time will tell how high the cost is going to be to all of us ...
