In my own perspective and point of view, I see Humanitarian services as those actions and aid that is provided by either government, Non-governmental organizations and individuals to help people or communities that are in need of help during and after disasters and crises like war, epidemic and others natural effects., Which aim at serving lives, reduce suffering, and uphold human dignity as the goals.
I do understand it as an assistance that is intended to save lives, alleviate suffering and and also maintain human dignity as I said before during and after man-made crises and disasters caused may be by hazards or any other situations.

Base on how I understand Humanitarian services, it can be tender or delivered with these few core principles of humanity,impartiality, neutrality, and independence during the exercise.
This means that the aid should be provided to those people or communities in need irrespective of background or regardless of their personality as far as they have face the challenges without any one taking sides in conflicts.
It objective is to alleviate suffering, prioritizing the most vulnerable number of people that are in need of this help , this tasks can be achieved by conducting thorough needs assessments, providing cultural sensitive assistance.with transparency.

(B)• Who Should Be Render With This Services?:

To me,humanitarian service should be delivered to anyone who is in need of this irrespective or regardless of their norms, ethnicity, race gender, political affiliation, religion or any other factor with the aim at giving to those experiencing the most urgent distress due to natural disasters or conflicts.

Yes I experience it in my community during our boundary dispute crisis between my clan and another clan,it was a serious fight that involves displacement of people and destruction of life and properties. There was serious hardship in the clan in that woman were unable to go to market,farm and men were under a security guard just to protect the community,so base on this,huger disease were were the major changes in our community .

So during this period of hardship, our state government release relief materials worth Million of naria in my local currency, different food iterms and share to people and also provide home to those that were displaced by providing houses for them and I was favored.
