Hello to everyone

We are on day 4 of Steemit Engagement Challenge 4th day Me "I take care of the planet and you?" I will participate in the competition organized by the Colombian-Original community. I wish everyone success.

As we know, April 22 was Earth Day. Today, various events and presentations are held around the world on issues such as climate change and environmental pollution.

I'm going to tell you about some of the things we make from old, worn and unusable items. We have a summer house that we use with our family. Our house here is a little far from the city center. We go there often to get away from the crowds of the city. There are fruit trees, vegetables, flowers there. It is such a beautiful and peaceful place. We attach great importance to nature here. My father, on the other hand, understands the manufacturing and repair business very well.
There we constantly make fires, grill, boil some sauces and jams. Everything cooked in wood fire is very delicious. My father made new productions from some old items to use here. Now I will tell you about them.

My grandfather had an old washing machine that broke down and wasn't really repairable. It was a washing machine about 40 years old.
My father bought this machine and took out his cauldron. Bought iron legs. These iron legs were welded to the boiler with a welding machine. The old washing machine tub now serves us as a stove. When we put wood and coal in it, since there are holes around it, it does not suffocate in smoke and thus it burns better.

See the brazier wire on it?
This is the steel wire shelf of our old refrigerator. Sometimes we put a teapot on this wire and make tea, and sometimes we cook it in a saucepan. So this is recycling.

What you see in the photo above is the quarry. My father made this from the stones used in the pavement you know. The iron stand with a hole in the middle you see on it is part of an old coal stove. On this stove we cook tomato sauce and jam. Since it is high from the ground, the fire does not come into direct contact with the pot and the slow cooking of the sauce and jam makes it very tasty.

As you can see, we bake both sheet and bread here, and we make pancakes.

Here we love to make something like this from handmade or recycled products. People are very happy when they produce something. In addition, household waste is not left in nature. If we make good use of waste in this way, we will prevent environmental pollution to some extent.
