RE: Steemit Engagement Challenge Season5 Week2 : My medical experiences

Hi, nice to greet you. reading I found interesting aspects that serve as learning not only for you:

Refusing food for punishing others,as you say the punishment is for one ,I have seen this attitude in other people and if it is given by anger ,it is like their way of venting and protesting, but it is not the right one because it causes a lot of damage to the individual and result a care condition like a hernia.

The fear of syringes is obviously due to bad experiences and many people have a low tolerance to pain and suffer from anxiety.

The attitude of the medical staff often does not help, but the best thing to do is to take a breath, try to calm down and see this (injection) as what it is, an act that will save your life.

Wow, a very constructive and inspiring remark from my boss. Of a truth, starvation isn't the best way of venting anger, as it usually results to greater damages to the body.
I agree with you on the fear of syringes being linked to bad experience, as most people remember the pain felt during the last encounter.
Thanks for your amazing time here my Friend, I really appreciate ❤️:-)
