Hello dear fellow steemians. Hopefully, everyone will be fine and happy. It is a great opportunity by steemit to provide such topics which deal with the protection of our planet. I hope my views and suggestions will be having a positive impact on the readers to strive to protect our planet. Here is my participation in the Steemit Engagement Challenge.

This planet on which we live is a blessing from God. We need to do anything to keep it protected from anything which is harmful in any way. In this post, I will be mentioning some problems and what I have tried, and what we all should do to cope with its severance on our planet.

It is a great initiative by Steemit that we can mention and talk about such genuine issues, which our future generations may see and then feel proud of us that we have done something for them and their life by protecting this planet from any and everything which may harm it by any means.

Here are some genuine issues that we need to address, which can and is causing damage to our planet,

• Deforestation
• Global warming
• pollution
• waste disposal
• overpopulation
• Ozone layer depletion
• Ocean acidification etc

These are just the problems on the top of the list, we have many many more to deal with. But today I will be telling you what can we do and what I am doing to at least minimize its effects. I will be explaining some of the issues and the ways to cope with them for the betterment of our planet.

Deforestation and its handle:

The first thing is Deforestation which causes so many bad effects on our planet because the level of oxygen is getting down from what we require to live on this planet and by we I mean humans as well as animals who do need oxygen for their life.

For this reason, I am personally planting trees every next 6 months to cultivate and produce oxygen for the living. And we can plant trees which can help us in so many ways, such as we can plant trees which produce fruits as well as the basic needs of our life Oxygen. And the fruit can be consumed by oneself or can be sold to others and create a business out of it. so this is how we can gain multiple benefits from it.

Also, we should stop deforestation by protecting our trees and forest by banning their cutting other than a required limit. Government should take strict action against it.

Global warming:

Global warming is another big issue we are facing on this planet and it needs to be handled with due care from right now to get through it and protect our own planet from the damage it may cause.

The main reason for global warming is Deforestation, _which is clearly discussed earlier, but the rate of the temperature getting high every summer is a clear sign of some mishandling in the system and I am worried that no action might be taken by officials in this regard.

The other reason for the usage of Oil and gas. Today we can see that our human life is full of usage of energy providing fuels and gas, which makes our life easy by driving a car etc but we do not think the about another side that how harmful the wastage it produces for our life and this planet.

We need to stop this by any means, we can use solar products as I personally use solar panels in my home and have the intention to keep solar energised cars for my usage in the future if it hits the market.

Pollution:

Another big problem we are facing for years is Pollution. Pollution is of so many types such as air pollution, water pollution, land pollution etc.

By air pollution, our air is polluted and we can not breathe easily or we strive to breathe in clean and pure air, which means we can not find the level of oxygen in the air as much as required. The reasons behind air pollution are also the wastage and unburned fuel exhausted by cars, buses, and trains. we can handle it by banning old cars and buses and applying precautionary measures to overcome this and other reasons.

By Water Pollution, the water we have in rivers and oceans is polluted by mixing chemicals as a waste of so many products produced by big large factories and by putting dirt in our rivers, which first pollute the river and then meet the ocean to take part in polluting it. Therefore we need to get a breath of sigh and think that we should not throw waste in our rivers and should not mix chemicals there, which can also damage the life of fisheries.

There are so many other reasons which may damage our Planet and we can overcome them by applying early measures, but I have to stop it here for now and I will share the others some other time if I get a chance to.

In last, I will say that I am taking care of our planet by applying protective measures and planting trees, keeping our water clean, and have positive intentions to shift on solar energised cars and other products from Oil and Gas, which are so harmful to us and our PLANET.

Please take care of our Planet for ourselves and for our future generations.
