Very impressive and informative. Yes, I know no one can remove information from blockchain even if you remove it from steemit. As much as I know no one can remove text, data or other information but I am not sure about images. As much as I know the blockchain doesn't store images.
I am also sure no government would ever use blockchain technology for official work although financial institute especially banks, etc. should use this technology to keep their data safe.
What I understand, because I am not really a specialist in this area, although I would like to, is that when you upload an image to Steemit it is transformed into a kind of code, which are numbers and letters, and although it is true that it does not store the image as such, if the numbers and letters in which each image is encoded are stored. At least that's how I understand it.
That's what I feel too. Instead of the image the blockchain stores its digital codes which can be traced back to the original image if required. Thank you.
