¡Hola!

Bueno, ésta es mi primera publicación así en ésta comunidad pensé, ¿ Por qué no? Espero les guste y sea de su agrado. Cabe destacar que estos hechos pasaron hace unos cuatro días y es más bien como una noticia... es la primera vez que redacto algo así.

Muchos conocemos el estudio MAPPA, y muchos nos tomamos a chiste las condiciones de trabajo que allí tienen, quisiera aclarar que esto no es para denigrar a un estudio de animación ni nada por el estilo, pero sí para que tomemos algo de consciencia, puesto a que muchos nos hemos quejado de ciertas animaciones o dibujados (Naruto, del estudio Pierrot, en la pelea Naruto vs Pain, o Nanatsu no Taizai) y son productos que la mayoría no compramos pero sí criticamos.

Ahora bien, ¿Qué fue lo que pasó?

Mushiyo, uno de los animadores de Shingeki no Kyojin renunció y denunció debido a las malas condiciones de trabajo, aclarando que los hacían trabajar semana, tras semana sin descanso y hasta la mañana del día siguiente.

Así que me fui a Twitter y leí un par de cosas interesantes, como que la gran mayoría de los empleados se han retirado, y Mushiyo no es el único que ha denunciado éstas pésimas condiciones de trabajo, y que sus colegas han preferido trabajar en otras empresas antes que regresar.

Ahora bien, también se aclaró que él hubiese querido dejar a alguien que lo suplantara, pero nunca tenía tiempo para casi nada, así como también tenía que empezar desde cero si perdía un patrón o retomar la línea 3DCG y que no veía significado para su trabajo. Era cómo estar en una fábrica.

Anclado a éste mismo tema, está el hecho de que compañías chinas con divisiones en Japón, han estado contratando animadores japoneses, ofreciéndoles el doble o triple de lo que ganarían en una compañía de dicho país, con mejores condiciones de trabajo, y en ocasiones de sobre-trabajo se les compensa con días libres.

Así que... conociendo ésta realidad y siendo consciente de ello, por favor, no ofendan a los animadores, ellos sí están haciendo su mejor esfuerzo, hasta el punto en el que el trabajar duele.

Éste no será el primero ni el único en quejarse, así que, aquellos que se han quejado de cualquier aspecto de SNK: The Final Season... ni ustedes ni yo sabemos lo horrible que debe ser trabajar todos los días sin descanso, así que, mejor no nos quejemos tanto y aprendamos a apreciar lo que se nos da.

Para culminar sólo quisiera decir que pese a su buena calidad en cuanto a animación y dibujado, han explotado a trabajadores sin hacer nada al respecto, o eso fue lo que dijo Mushiyo en su Twitter @mushiyo07, yo en lo personal, disfrutaré cada segundo de cada anime que vea y en lugar de criticar, sólo trataré de comprender.

Por cierto, Jujutsu Kaisen, Kakegurui y The God of Highschool también son animados por MAPPA, son muy buenos, se los recomiendo a quien no los haya visto. He colocado gifs de dichos animes por aquí.

Well this is my first post like that in this community I thought, Why not? I hope you like it and it is to your liking. It should be noted that these events happened about four days ago and it is more like news... it is the first time that I write something like this.

Many of us know the MAPPA studio, and many of us take a joke about the working conditions they have there, I would like to clarify that this is not to denigrate an animation studio or anything like that, but to make us take some conscience, put to that many of us have complained about certain animations or drawings (Naruto, from the *Pierrot* studio, in the fight Naruto vs Pain, or Nanatsu no Taizai) and they are products that most of us do not buy but we do criticize.

Now, what happened?

Mushiyo, one of the animators of Shingeki no Kyojin resigned and reported due to poor working conditions, clarifying that they were made to work week after week without a break and until the morning of the next day.

So I went to Twitter and read a couple of interesting things, like that the vast majority of employees have retired, and Mushiyo is not the only one who has denounced these terrible working conditions, and that his colleagues have preferred to work in other companies before returning.

Now, it was also clarified that he had wanted to leave someone to impersonate him, but he never had time for almost anything, as well as he had to start from scratch if he lost a pattern or resume the 3DCG line and that he did not see meaning for his work. It was like being in a factory.

Anchored to this same theme, is the fact that Chinese companies with divisions in Japan, have been hiring Japanese animators, offering them double or triple what they would earn in a company from that country, with better working conditions, and sometimes over-work they are compensated with days off.

So... knowing this reality and being aware of it, please do not offend the animators, they are doing their best, to the point where working hurts.

This will not be the first or the only one to complain, so those of you who have complained about any aspect of SNK: The Final Season... neither you nor I know how horrible it must be to work every day without a break, so better not complain so much and learn to appreciate what is given to us.

To conclude, I would just like to say that despite its good quality in terms of animation and drawing, they have exploited workers without doing anything about it, or that was what Mushiyo said on his Twitter @mushiyo, personally, I will enjoy every second of every anime I watch and instead of criticizing, I will just try to understand.

By the way, Jujutsu Kaisen, Kakegurui and The god of Highschool are also animated by *MAPPA*, those are very good, I recommend it to those who have not seen it. I've put gifs of all of them in this post.
