King Merlin
King Merlin was a good man who lived with his family at the royal palace. His servant were loyal to him because he was good to them. The king was a man who was very happy with his life and everything he had achieved. One day, the king was offered two golden statues from one of his friends in another kingdom. He was so pleased with the gift that he placed the golden statues outside of the palace for everyone to see.
For years, the golden statues remained there, outside the palace. No one dared to steal it until one day, when a thief was passing outside the palace and saw the two gold statues.
“King Merlin is so foolish to leave this golden statues outside the palace.” Said the thief.
Later that night, the thief came outside the palace to steal the gold statues. As the thief was about carrying the gold statues, he was stopped by an angry wizard. “I'm thirsty, I will drink your blood now.” said the wizard angrily.
“Please don't kill me, I'm just here to steal the King's gold statues. You can go inside and kill king merlin please, just spare my life.” said the thief.
The wizard refused and they both began to argue and make loud noises. The noise woke king merlin and he came outside just in time to see the wizard chanting some magic spells before he disappeared. The king immediately ordered his guards to seize the thief.
“You evil man, you try to steal my gold statues?” asked the king angrily.
King Merlin ordered his servant to put the thief in a cell. He will punish him according to the law. The king was happy he had gotten there just in time to avoid the statues from being stolen, he was glad the two statues were still safe and untouched.
