Today we talking about getting over an ex !
When relationships end your partner now becomes your ex
One sad thing is most people never actually gets over their exs.
Not because they were actually good in anyway but these people keep holding on to what their exs were at the beginning not what they have become.
The first ever step I could give you is to accept the reality.
A reality that they were good for your life only to some point and during that time they actually made you feel loved.
But since their changes widened a gap of incompatibility,it will be good for you to accept that.Like it was once you but no longer you again and that’s just fine!
The next but main step is to accept that some of their peculiar features won’t be found in the next person.So far as you are loosing them you loosing completely everything they had.You might meet people who have a similar one but not exactly how they did it.This is the main reason you find people not getting over exs because after every mess and they come back,that feature will always lure you back.
Till you accept that I have lost him/her and won’t ever find someone exactly as them but since they absence brings more happiness,you are accepting that reality.
Allow yourself the time to heal.
Cry all you can cos loosing someone you least expected can be heartbreaking but know what your deserve.
Sometimes your heart want someone but the person don’t deserve you!
It’s fine cos not everyone is meant to treat you right!
Delete their pictures,contact and try as much to shift your mind from memory of things they did.
That will be difficult but it’s a gradual process.
When you finally heal you can get to be friends (the we ain’t enemies type of friends)
At the end of the day ,you are only doing yourself some good
