I agree with you when you say this:

The teaching of Buddhism has given me a freedom to think and question beyond believes. The core principal is to "find out for yourself before accepting".

That's one of the things I like the most about buddhism. It doesn't make people do certain things justs because. Everything you decide to do is for your own good and the community you're in. It helps you grow in such beautiful and spiritual way.
