the galaxy's mass

a sky open wide
folds in a pocket
soft in my side

So cherished the bliss
an ocean's abyss
weight of the deep
contained in a kiss

so cherished the night
all mountains of height
bend over trees
witness the sight

so cherished you are
possession of stars
the galaxy's vast
space in my arms
