My Christmas Celebration// The Daily Game
Christmas....
Christmas the birth of Christ, many don't believe in the birth of Jesus Christ to be the 25th of December. They say it wasn't stated in the Bible so it was assumed by us humans. Some say the 25th of December is the celebration of the Sun Deity, Mithras. However, centuries ago the Pagans set aside the 25th of December, as the birth of the solar god.
Well, if it's true that Christ's date of birth wasn't known to us. But was it? Instead, The Roman Catholic Church decided to set the 25th of December as Christ's birth. To convert more souls and also spread Christianity. As doing so, more generations have come to accept this doctrine, this belief has lived long in our hearts. Yeah, enough of those stories because all of that doesn't matter to me. As for me, I celebrated Christmas.
Christmas is known as the birth of Jesus Christ. But there's more to it. In the Bible, the three wise men didn't just journey with stars down to Jesus' birthplace, just to see little Jesus. No, they came to welcome Baby Jesus and gave him gifts. And that there is Love. That is what Christmas is about.

Christmas is a season of love, giving, and showing gratitude. This Christmas I had to celebrate it at work and also with the family. Yes, I had to go to work during Christmas, but still, it was fun.
At work.
Working in the food manufacturing industry is a bit tedious and requires more of my time. Working in Coca-Cola is an awesome place to be because I get to learn amazing things every day that builds my career.
That morning, I had an early breakfast before I left for work. It took me two hours to get to the Plant after much traffic on the road. Although, I was on time.

Some groups of creative and skillful minds put together this beautiful piece. A giant Christmas tree, made from bottle cases.
My Christmas meal made by my mom😅
I had to eat this at her place during my visit. Delicious right?
After my work hours, I decided to go back home and join the celebration with my family. Seeing my mother after a long time and eating her meal was worth the time with her. I can still remember the taste of fried rice with fruit salad.
My Christmas won't be complete without hanging out with my family and loved ones. I hope this season brings happiness to you all. And remember to enjoy the season with a bottle of Coca-Cola.
Merry Christmas and Compliment of the season from Nigeria.
