I think this is my favorite point because I'll refer to the incredible diversity that is on the platform. People from all over the world, from different cultures and with different tastes, are part of this ecosystem. The truth is that if you don't respect the difference, you are out, and that is something that fascinates me.

In this aspect, Steemit teaches you, but other users also teach you.

8 - Savings

You'll learn to take care of your SP and your steem, and also, you'll learn a lot about cryptocurrencies, that you can invest or save. This is an impressive comparative advantage that Steemit has over other social networks.

9 - Strategy

---

Unfailingly, you'll have to think about the way to position yourself better and to be voted for. Here I am not going to give too many laps because the first thing we want when starting in Steemit, is to see a vote in our production. Later, when we are positioning ourselves, we already begin to think about strategies and others not only for ourselves but also for the communities that we manage.

In this sense, the dynamism that Steemit has, which also constantly changes its strategy, keeps you alert so that you adapt both to what is proposed by @steemitblog, as well as for new ideas to emerge from you.

Para ser un buen blogger, necesitás darle primera a tu capacidad creativa, sea que tu blog esté orientado a la fotografía, al arte, a la escritura, a la cocina o lo que sea, siempre necesitarás una chispa de magia para crear contenido original y de buena calidad.

2 - Planificación

---

Aunque no tengas absolutamente todas tus publicaciones listadas, si sos un blogger comprometido con Steemit, es seguro que, aun sin saberlo, tengas en cuenta ciertos horarios de publicación, ciertos temas en mente e incluso, si solo estás haciendo publicaciones del Juego del Diario, estoy segura que día a día vas sacando tus fotos para sentarte a escribir por la noche... me equivoco? Eso es planificar y te lo brinda Steemit.

3 - Disciplina

---

No hay éxito sin esta cualidad. Para escribir en Steemit y triunfar, es necesario que te armes una rutina y que todos los días, de manera constante (o quizás día por medio, dependiendo de cuál sea tu ritmo), te sientes a escribir. A medida que vas caminando en el universo de Steemit, vas percatándote de la importancia de la disciplina aquí para crecer.

Steemit también te enseña a mantener tu ritmo aun e las malas rachas. Claro que depende de cuán involucrad@ estés, pero si quieres mantenerte firme en Steemit, aprenderás que seguir trabajando más allá de las condiciones externas, es clave para tu rol como blogger.

5 - Responsabilidad

Steemit no es una plataforma para poner palabras y ya. Steemit es un ecosistema en donde lo que publicas, tiene que estar escrito por vos y mientras más detalles tenga en su configuración, mejor.

a qué voy con esto? No podés copiar el trabajo de otro, pegarlo y listo. Como tampoco está bueno que te largues a escribir una lluvia de palabras sin una justificación en el texto o sin uso de imágenes. O sea, claro que si tenés la libertad de hacerlo, pero eso no te posicionará como blogger.

En este sentido, Steemit te enseña a ser responsable con lo que publicas.

6 - Compromiso

Hay 3 tipos de compromiso en juego:

• 1 - Con vos
• 2 - Con Steemit como plataforma
• 3 - Con otros usuarios

No vamos a negar lo importante que es que vos mism@ te comprometas con tu propio trabajo, pero luego está qué tanto de sientes parte de Steemit y cuánto colaboras con otros usuarios sea comentando o haciéndoles generar ganancias también (con votos o concursos por ejemplo).

7 - Respeto

Creo que este es mi punto preferido porque haré referencia a la increíble diversidad que hay en la plataforma. Personas de todas partes del mundo, de diferentes culturas y con distintos gustos, forman parte de este ecosistema. La verdad es que si no respetas la diferencia, estás fuera, y eso es algo que me fascina.

En este aspecto, te enseña Steemit, pero también te enseñan otros usuarios.

8 - Ahorro

Aprenderás a cuidar tu SP y tus steem, y además, aprenderás mucho de criptomonedas, en donde podrás invertir o ahorrar. Esta es un ventaja comparativa impresionante que tiene Steemit con respecto a otras redes sociales.

9 - Estrategia

---

Indefectiblemente, tendrás que pensar en cuál es la manera de posicionarte mejor, y de ser votado. Acá no voy a dar demasiadas vueltas porque lo primero que deseamos al empezar en Steemit, es ver un voto en nuestra producción. Luego, cuando nos vamos posicionando, ya empezamos a pensar en estrategias y demás no solo para nosotros, sino también para las comunidades que administramos.

En este sentido, el dinamismo que tiene Steemit, que también cambia de estrategia de manera constante, te mantiene alerta para que te adaptes tanto a lo que se propone desde @steemitblog, como para que surjan nuevas ideas de vos.
