The phrase " I can do it" has really made me achieved a lot of goals in this world. I learnt this statement when I was in primary school and ever since then it has really worked for me. I learnt this statement on the assembly ground during a talk by one Mrs. Adebayo who teaches class 4. This teacher made me understand that no matter the the circumstances, no matter the difficulties you facing in this life just say to your self you can do it even if it's a difficult task to perform.

Everytime am in a hot seat to write my exams I will always say to myself calm down I can do it. I wanted to write my WAEC exam then I went to the exam hall with this statement I can do it. Please it's not just that work but with help of God and hardworking. I was able to make my exam once even though it was credit.

I wrote my jamb exam but almost narrowly escape from the cut off mark. I said to myself no I won't relent I can do it. Here is when this word worked for me even with my low mark in Jamb. I read so hard for my post UTME and had a very high score. Now I believe I can achieve my dream with this score because then Post UTME is the criteria for any course but jamb will just qualify you to apply for post UTME.

I entered the university but was not given the course I applied for. I then set up a target that even with this course I should be able to graduate with the best result in the department. Yes! "I can do it".

I worked very hard to meet up with this target. It's not funny that when the first semester and second semester was out my result was a bit worst. I never relent but still stick with this word "Yes! I can do it". I added to my efforts. Another funny thing is I do organize different tutorials during this time. But something I am glad my colleagues I do take tutorial had a good result. I almost Carry a 3unit course. I never relent, I believe I can still achieve my goal.

My reading increases my from 4 hours to an average of 6hours in a day and at least 8hours on Saturdays and Sundays. My second year results came out, I had a high Grade. Till my 500L I had been making a very high grade. Yea... This phrase "I can do it" really helped me. I never relent even though with the challenges.

After my 1year compulsory service I applied for my Masters. It's common among us creating fears among ourselves each time we want to write an exam most especially when it's an external exam. I applied for my Masters programme in the University of Ibadan. On the day of post UTME, the tension arouse with the population compared to the number of people need to the department. It's Funny that my unit which is "Animal Physiology and Bioclimatology " needed just very few among the population. With Faith I said to myself "I can do it ". I made it again infact I made the top 3 out of 126 that were picked for the admission and was even given my unit. The fear with me has always been that, how will I from FUOYE be able to compete with graduates from UI, graduates from LAUTECH, graduates from UNIBEN, graduates from OAU, graduates from FUNAAB, graduates from UNILORIN and some highly recognized institutions like that. Yea it has been God but this phrase always give me courage no matter how difficult he task is and it has really been helping me a lot.

The process has thought me that nothing is too big to be achieved through God, hardworking, positive thought and relentless. Challenges is a stepping stone to success. Tell me a successful man who has not undergo any challenge?
